Roll Stock for Thermoform-Fill-Seal
Flexible Materials For High Volume Medical Packaging
Roll stock, or lid stock, is a flexible packaging solution for your high-volume packaging needs. Featuring SealScience or Xhale adhesive coatings, Oliver's roll stock is ideal for thermoform-fill-seal packaging or as material for self-converting. Whether you need a master roll or a custom-cut roll to fit the width of your machinery, we provide flexible materials for both sides of the final packaging.
Roll stock packaging is used primarily in applications with high volumes across industries, so choosing the right top and bottom material combination is critical for consistent packaging performance. If your form-fill-seal top web requires breathability, start with Tyvek® or paper roll stock. Pair that with a forming film that has the thickness, draw depth, and properties needed for the full solution packaging. If utilizing roll stock for pouch converting, laminate film and foil roll stock can be combined with itself or another material to create the final pouch.
