Michael Benevento
Mr. Benevento is the Chief Executive Officer at Oliver Healthcare Packaging Company. He joined Oliver as President in 2016 and has held the CEO office since January 2017.
His tenure at Oliver has focused on globalizing and modernizing the company to provide the highest level of service and quality to Oliver’s customers around the world. Under his leadership, Oliver has expanded existing production facilities in the Americas and EMEA, added greenfield sites in China and Malaysia, and extended its capabilities through acquisitions.
Prior to joining Oliver, Mr. Benevento served in a variety of senior leadership roles within General Electric (GE). He spent the majority of his tenure in the Life Sciences Division of GE Healthcare (now known as Cytiva). He also worked in the Business Advisory Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Mr. Benevento earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Bucknell University and holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Douglas Kramer
Mr. Kramer is the Chief Financial Officer at Oliver Products Company. In this role, he is responsible for financial strategy, systems & reporting, controls & compliance and financial planning & analysis. Mr. Kramer started his finance career at Sonoco, before serving as the Director of Finance for Philadelphia-based Berwind, Oliver’s parent. From there, he held a variety of senior roles within finance, including a 12-year tenure at Elmer’s Products, Inc., where he was CFO for eight years.
Steven Pepe
Mr. Pepe is the EVP of Americas for Oliver Healthcare Packaging. Prior to joining Oliver, Mr. Pepe was the Director of Commercial Marketing at General Electric (GE), where he led demand generation for the Corporate division. He held various leadership roles in new product development at GE Lighting, digital marketing at GE Water, and product marketing at GE Healthcare. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pepe worked in consulting for the healthcare and communications industry. He is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Rochester – Simon School of Business.
Kirsten Schuermann
Kirsten Schuermann is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Oliver Healthcare Packaging, where she leads the company’s global People & Culture strategy. With two decades of experience across European, American, and Asian markets, she brings a truly international perspective to Oliver. Prior to joining the company, Kirsten held senior HR leadership roles in large and mid-sized organizations spanning the chemical, service, and consulting/technology industries in the U.S., Germany, and China. Recognized as a trusted advisor, she partners with global leaders to drive high business performance in complex, multicultural environments.
Russell Douglas
Mr. Douglas is the Vice President of Global Operations for Oliver Healthcare Packaging. In this role, he is responsible for all operational activities in the Americas, Europe and Asia including engineering, procurement, planning, and plant management. Mr. Douglas has 25 years of experience in manufacturing, starting his career as a Process Engineer. Prior to joining Oliver, Mr. Douglas held various leadership roles including Plant Director at Fres-co System USA and Plant Superintendent at Alcoa, where he spent 11 years in pharmaceutical packaging. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and an expert in lean manufacturing.
Warren Shaw
Mr. Warren Shaw is the Vice President of Global Research & Development and Quality for Oliver Healthcare Packaging. In this role, Mr. Shaw oversees Oliver’s global quality management system and related activities along with leading all product research and development initiatives. Mr. Shaw ensures our company processes lead to the highest standards expected by our customers and partners. Mr. Shaw joined Oliver in 2024 with 15 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. He has held global leadership roles in innovation, R&D and business development at Huhtamaki and Korozo. He is based in Germany and is an Australian with a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Sydney.
Raj Jakhete
Mr. Jakhete is the Global Director—Information Technology for Oliver Healthcare Packaging. He is a passionate leader and a digital technologist at heart. At Oliver, Mr. Jakhete is responsible for creating a scalable IT infrastructure to support our growth-minded organization. This includes creating the IT vision & strategy, oversight of the application portfolio including CRM & ERP, automation & simplification programs, cybersecurity programs, and cross functional leadership to support the strategic use of technology throughout the company. Mr. Jakhete has been a leader in IT and Engineering for 40 years with roles at Lockheed Martin, Sunoco, IBM and First Quality. Mr. Jakhete received a graduate degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, and an MS in Chemical Engineering from The Illinois Institute of Technology.
Kenneth De Muynck
Mr. De Muynck is the General Manager-Asia Pacific for Oliver Healthcare Packaging. In this role, he is responsible for strategic growth opportunities in the region, overseeing capital projects, and improving productivity and customer experience. He is also accountable for driving talent management efforts and maintaining deep relationships with key industry stakeholders. Prior to joining Oliver, within his nearly two decades of experience in the life sciences industry, Mr. De Muynck held senior roles at Cytiva (previously GE Healthcare Life Sciences) and was responsible for driving sales and commercial excellence across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, and India. Mr. De Muynck graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelors degree in International Business. He also holds an Executive MBA and Masters in Global Management.
Brady Tong
Mr. Tong is the General Manager--China for Oliver Healthcare Packaging. Mr. Tong has held this position since joining the company in 2014. He is based in Suzhou, P.R. China. In this role, Mr. Tong is responsible for all P&L activity within the China market, including sales & marketing, quality, research & development and operations.
Mr. Tong has a rich manufacturing background, with 15 years serving the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Oliver, Mr. Tong was the General Manager for Tekni-Plex, Inc., a global packaging provider, with responsibility for overall business growth and strategic product development. Mr. Tong also held senior leadership roles at Minnesota Rubber & Plastics, and United Plastics Group.
